Here’s your chance to contribute as Canada goes to the polls and get paid for your effort.
About 700 workers are still needed to work at the polls on election day in the Lakeland riding, including Lloydminster, Bonnyville, and Vegreville.
There is also a need for staff in the Battlefords-Lloydminster-Meadow Lake riding.
Lakeland’s Returning Officer says to work at in a federal election:
- You must be a Canadian citizen and at least 16 years of age

Pay for poll workers ranges from $20.01 to $26.46 per hour, depending on the position
- Training is paid
