Kinsmen make huge donation to Lloydminster Health Region

The Lloydminster Kinsmen have made a huge donation to the Lloydminster Region Health Foundation. The Kinsmen Foundation donated $245,000 to the the health foundation, which will be used to purchase a new C-arm for the orthopaedic program at the Lloydminster Hospital. The C-arm is a small, low-dose x-ray machine that allows for minimally invasive surgeries, less patient discomfort and increased surgical precision. Kinsmen Foundation Chair Leanne Wildeman said that the Kinsmen help health foundations across Saskatchewan, and that they are thrilled to be able to make a difference. With this donation, the LRHF has reached their goal of raising 500 thousand dollars for the orthopaedic program at the Lloydminster Hospital.
