2016 Festival of Trees to be held at LCSC

The local museum will be hosting the Festival of Trees next Monday.

In a news release issued by the City of Lloydminster, the Lloydminster Cultural and Science Centre is named as the host for an evening of entertainment, as well as the numerous decorated trees that are part of the annual event.

The event is put together by volunteers, along with local sponsors and donors. The proceeds from the event will go towards the Richard Larsen Barr Colony Foundation.

The doors will open at 6:00 p.m. on November 28, with a live auction of the trees being held at 8:30 p.m. Tickets are $35 each, and are available at the museum.
