Edam General Store destroyed by fire

A fire has destroyed the general store in Edam, Saskatchewan.

The incident took place at 3:15 a.m. The Turtleford RCMP responded to a call of a structure fire in the community, with the Edam Fire Department also attending the scene. The store sustained severe damage in the blaze, which was contained to the structure by the firefighters.

The investigation into the cause of the fire is ongoing.
