Hugh Morrell tips off at Lloyd Comp this weekend

The 34th Hugh Morrell Border Classic starts this weekend at both the new Synergy Place and the original gym at Lloydminster Comprehensive High School.

Teams from both sides of the border will be in Lloydminster to compete for top honours in the boys’ and girls’ categories.

The boys’ action starts on Friday, Jan. 31, at 9:30 a.m. with Warman vs. the Barons in the new gym. A similar schedule will unfold on Saturday, Feb. 1, with the last game slated at 8:00 p.m.

For the boys’ draw, the lineup is divided into three groups:
