Lloydminster and District Co-op named a finalist for Business Excellence award

Lloyd Co-op has been named a finalist in the community involvement category of the Achievement in Business Excellence awards. Co-op is being recognized for their community support throughout the years which includes initiatives such as Spread a Little Love this Christmas, Growing the Good and contributing on the Olive Tree’s new building.

Lloydminster Chamber of Commerce announced Co-op as a finalist on August 23rd. Vice President of Operations with Lloyd Co-op Leanne Hawes says it’s important to recognize membership and staff in light of this achievement.

“As an Association we are able to continue to invest in our communities because of their loyal support. Lloyd Co-op is honored to stand among the best in the province and we’re excited to represent our region at the ABEX awards evening in October.”

The ABEX awards have been celebrating business excellence in Saskatchewan for 35 years. Finalists will be awarded October 20th at TCU Place in Saskatoon.
