Ray Fox Named Liberal Candidate For Battlefords-Lloydminster

Gerry Ritz has some competition in the upcoming federal election, as Ray Fox has been acclaimed as the Liberal candidate for the Battlefords-Lloydminster riding. Fox has been involved in politics for years, currently serving as Director of Justice on the Battlefords Tribal Council. He has devoted more than a decade to North Battleford City Council, and says that he is confident that he will be able to win by being open and accessible to constituents. Ritz has held the constituency since it was formed in 1997. The next federal election is scheduled for October 19th.
