Two people have been taken to the hospital after a traffic accident east of Kitscoty. Early Saturday afternoon, an eastbound semi rear-ended a minivan near Highway 16 and Range Road 24. The driver and passenger of the minivan were both taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Kitscoty RCMP say that a snowplow was operating in the area, and may have reduced visibility, causing the crash.
