With COVID-19 continuing to put restrictions on gathering, the City is asking for the community’s feedback on another project online.
Lloydminster administration is working on a strategy for the city’s off-street network, and in an effort to include public opinion, they’ve opened another survey on their YourVoice site. It is designed to impact how they develop public trails and sidewalks through the Trails and Sidewalk Master Plan.
Residents will be able to give their thoughts on the value of trails and sidewalks, current usage and issues, and future additions to the trail and sidewalk network.
Capital Infrastructure Senior Manager James Rogers says they hope to build a plan that enhances safety and will benefit the residents, business owners, regional visitors, and tourists for both existing infrastructure and proposed infrastructure.
The survey is open from May 28 to June 18, and further feedback can be emailed to the city as well.
