Lloydminster residents awaiting the re-opening of the Bud Miller Spray Park won’t have to wait much longer.
The Spray Park will re-open on June 25th, at 10 AM. While the parks were originally allowed to open on June 16th, the City took some extra time to make sure the facility was ready, and new precautions could be met.
While people will be able to visit again, there are precautions in place. Residents must ensure physical distancing of two meters unless from the same home or extended household. People should wash or sanitize before and after using the spray park, and kids should have adult supervision to make sure they’re keeping up with distance rules.
Users should also avoid putting their unwashed hands to their eyes, nose or mouth and if they’re sick, stay home.
