Seminar in professionalism coming to Lloydminster

April’s EARN Breakfast Civility CPR will be held at the Lloydminster Golf and Curling Centre on April 20th.

The session, called “How to Revive Respect and Resuscitate Professionalism at Work,” will take place from 7:30-10:00 a.m., and is hosted in partnership with Lloydminster Economic Development (LED) and the Government of Alberta, and sponsored by Community Futures Lloydminster & Region and the Regional Business Accelerator.

The speaker presenting the workshop is Susan Jacques, The Civility CEO. Jacques is a keynote speaker, professionalism expert, corporate civility consultant, and author, who has been speaking and writing about professionalism, executive social graces, corporate image, communication, and business protocols since 2000. She has  appeared on the Oprah Winfrey Network, CTV, CBC, Business News Network, Global, and Oprah Radio. She is a columnist for Physicians Practice magazine, a contributor to The Huffington Post, and the author of “What The Fork?”

“Sue is a phenomenal speaker; her content is humorous but relevant. Professionalism is important at all levels in a company and Sue has some great content to help Lloydminster take professionalism and the ability to communicate effectively in the workplace to the next level,” says Alicia Zurba, Project Coordinator for LED and EARN Facilitator.
