Celebration of local flavour at Feastival, Oct 16

A celebration of Lloydminster cuisine returns to the Lloydminster Agricultural Exhibition Association with Feastival, on Thursday, October 16 at the WLS Convention Centre.

Now in its 11th year, Feastival has become a staple of the fall season in Lloydminster, drawing food lovers from across the region to indulge in the finest locally sourced meats, produce, grains, and more. This year’s event promises to be bigger and better, with a vibrant atmosphere and mouthwatering creations from Red Seal Chef Jim Armstrong, who will be crafting a variety of dishes using ingredients from local farms and food artisans.

Feastival 2025 is designed as a casual, drop-in experience starting at 5:00 p.m., perfect for those looking to enjoy an evening of great food and community spirit.

Early bird tickets

Advance tickets are available for $35, which includes four food tokens redeemable at various food stations. Each station will feature a unique dish that highlights the rich agricultural bounty of the Lloydminster region. Additional tokens will be available for purchase on-site.

More details and tickets are available online or from the Lloydminster Agricultural Exhibition Association office.

Feastival is more than just a food event—it’s a celebration of the hardworking producers who nourish our community.

Gerry has lived in Lloydminster since winter 2010. That detail is important as coming from the Caribbean he did not see green grass until May. Now an Alberta/Western Canada resident, you would be hard-pressed to find a stronger proponent of Lloydminster than the news guy that appreciates a healthy dose of rock music and dress code leather. His mantra is focus on one thing and do it well.
