Flu Clinics across Saskatchewan open, provide free vaccine

Flu Clinics across Saskatchewan have opened. The clinics will provide the publicly-funded influenza vaccine to all Saskatchewan residents agedĀ 6 months or older. Saskatchewan’s Chief Medical Officer Dr. Saqib Shabab says flu can spread quickly, and the vaccine can protect you and those closest to you. The vaccine is especially recommended for children under five, pregnant women, and senior citizens. Clinics in Lloydminster that offer the vaccine include the Prairie North Health Region Co-op Plaza, the Legacy Centre, and Olive tree. For a full schedule of flu clinics, visit the Prairie North Health Region’s website at prnha.ca
