Lloydminster’s Hospital is one step closer to expansion. Residents Richard and Barb Klinger have donated $100,000 to the Lloydminster Region Health Foundation, to be dedicated for the redevelopment of the hospital. Klinger says this would be a much-needed expansion. Last July, Health Ministers from Alberta and Saskatchewan agreed to work together to improve healthcare in Lloydminster. One of the recommendations made to both governments was to build a new wing for the hospital.
