Residents in the County of Vermilion River will now have access to a new tool to help them stay on top of important information such as fire bans and maintenance work.
The County has chosen Voyent Alert! as their communication service provide to alert rate payers of critical events and day-to-day communications. People in the county can register through the app and receive the alerts via phone, text or email. They can also customize certain aspects and receive notifications for specific areas of the county.
Registration is anonymous and the county notes no information will be shared for marketing or data harvesting purposes. The app is available on the Google Play and the Apple App Store.
