The City of Lloydminster is looking for four community builders to serve on the Downtown Area Redevelopment Committee. The request specifies the attribute of passion to shape the future of downtown.
The committee is tasked with:
- Monitor and carry out the DARP Implementation Plan
- Work as a community to improve Lloydminster’s downtown experience
- Present a progress report to the City of Lloydminster’s Executive Leadership Team and Council semi-annually, including support requirements for completing the implementation plan
- Reassess progress in three-years as a committee and report progress to Council to determine the need for continuation
Interested persons are encouraged to read the findings in the Downtown Area Redevelopment Plan on the city’s website before applying.
The deadline to put your name forward is 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, July 4, 2023 at Lloydminster.ca/DARC
