Amie’s Run for cystic fibrosis has been deemed a success by Lloydminster’s Kinnette Club. The run was held Sunday morningĀ in Bud Miller Park to raise money for cystic fibrosis.Ā Runners and walkers completed a 5 kilometre or 10 kilometre run in the park.
The run was inspired by former Kinnette member Amie Gray-Carroll who passed away from the disease. Kinnette Club President Kara Shabatoski says that while final numbers have not yet been counted, the ballpark figure is $4500.
