A Bonnyville man has been arrested in Cold Lake after a hit and run. Late Saturday evening, the RCMP receivedĀ a call reporting a hit-and-run in Bonnyville. The caller said that his vehicle was sideswept and that the driver failed to stop, driving east out of town. Bonnyville RCMP notified the Cold Lake detachment, who found the suspect. The 38-year-old provided breath samples over the legal limit, and was arrested for drunk driving. He was released after sobering up, and is scheduled to appear in Cold Lake Provincial Court.
