The Lloydminster Chapter of the MS Society of Canada is celebrating after a successful MS walk.
The organization’s biggest fundraiser of the year got even bigger, attracting a record 591 walkers to Bud Miller Park on Saturday. Regional Director Johanna Green says the community rallies around the walk each year, and that she’s grateful for the support.
So far the walk has raised $135,000, with money still rolling in from post-walk fundraisers.
