The City of Lloydminster is hosting an open house on Thursday, March 14, with assessors from KCL Consulting Inc. to conduct personal reviews around assessments and property valuation. City assessment employees will also be available to answer general questions.
The open house will be in the Council Chambers at City Hall from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. One-on-one consultations are available by booking or walking-in, with priority given to scheduled appointments. The assessed value as shown on this year’s assessment notices is based on a legislated valuation date of July 1, 2018. It also reflects the physical condition of a property as of December 31, 2018.
