The City of Lloydminster has announced its plans for RBC Sports Day in Canada.
The City’s celebration will be held in the Servus Sports Centre, on Saturday, November 21, with ping pong as the featured activity. The city has invited coaches and players from the Saskatchewan Table Tennis Association to host demonstrations, games, and a drop-in tournament.
“RBC Sports Day in Canada is a natural fit for the Servus Sports Centre and we are excited to be a partner in this great national event,” said Joel Turcotte, Manager, Servus Sports Centre. “The City of Lloydminster advocates healthy, active living in our community and we hope to see residents come out to join or observe the table tennis activities happening on Saturday.”
RBC Sports Day in Canada is presented by ParticipACTION, CBC, and True Sport as a national celebration of the power of sports in building communities and getting Canadians moving.
The event is open to all ages, and will run from 10 a.m to 2 p.m
