Lloydminster residential and non-residential property owners will begin receiving their 2022 property assessment notices the week of February 21st, according to City administration.
The City says these latest assessments are based on the market value as of July 1st, 2021. They ask that residents review their 2022 property assessment notices to confirm the information is correct.

Property Assessment Open House
The City will be hosting a Property Assessment Open House by appointment only, Thursday March 10th from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Council Chambers, City Hall, 4420 – 50 Avenue.
To book an appointment, call 780-875-6184, Ext. 2147. Due to COVID-19, appointments are required, and walk-ins will not be permitted.
Assessment and tax information can be accessed year-round through Virtual City Hall. Property owners can also register for paperless notifications by contacting the Assessment and Taxation department.

Assessment Complaints
Administration is reminding that filing an assessment complaint does not exempt property owners from paying the applicable taxes by the due date or from late payment penalties. If an assessment complaint is successful, the filing fee will be refunded, and the overpayment will be applied to the tax roll.
The deadline to file an assessment complaint is Friday, April 29th.
