Lloydminster among Alberta’s many record high temperatures

Lloydminster beat its previous November 8th heat record by nearly four degrees Tuesday. It hit 16 degrees in the 2:00 p.m. hour, besting the previous hottest day in 1976 when it reached 8.5 degrees.

Several other Alberta cities hit record highs Tuesday, including Red Deer at 22.6 degrees and Edson and Camrose at 21.7. Things should cool down locally on Wednesday, with a high of 8 degrees in the forecast.
