There was one active COVID-19 case recorded in the City of Lloydminster over the weekend, according to Alberta Health.
As of September 14th, there is one active case and one recovery in the city. One case in the County of Vermilion River has recovered for a total of 14 recovered cases and zero active cases in the area.
Provincially, there are 1,538 active cases with 418 new cases recorded over the weekend. Of the active cases, 37 are being treated in hospital and seven of those are in intensive care. A total of 14,041 cases have recovered in Alberta. One person in the Edmonton zone has passed away from COVID-19 related causes since Friday’s update.
In the Central zone, there are 49 active COVID-19 cases and 590 recoveries.
