Michael Rousseau, 39, of Delmas Saskatchewan has been charged with Break and Enter and Possession of Stolen Property. He made his first appearance in North Battleford Provincial court on Monday June 14th and remains in custody.
On June 12, just after 8 a.m., Battleford RCMP were called to investigate a Break and Enter to a business on the 1700 block of 100th Street in North Battleford. Some time shortly after 6 a.m., a man is suspected to have forced his way into the business and made off with some cash and merchandise.
On the morning of June 13, Police while investigating an unrelated matter on the 900 block of 108th Street were able to make a positive identification of a suspect who was arrested without incident.
Police were able to recover some of the stolen property.
