St. Paul RCMP have arrested a man following a gunshot Monday, February 29th around 5 o’clock in the evening.
Police responded to a call for assistance as Bailiff attended a residence to retrieve a vehicle was confronted by an armed man. A gun shot was then heard from this location.
Edmonton Emergency Response Team, Crisis Negotiation, EDU, PDS, and Air Services helped St. Paul RCMP members resolve the issues peacefully around midnight.
A lone man was taken into custody without incident and nobody was injured. Charges are pending and the investigation is ongoing.
