Lloydminster’s biggest Remembrance Day ceremony will be at the Lloyd Comp School Gym. The indoor ceremony led by the Lloydminster Legion at which a moment’s silence will be observed at 11:11 a.m. Organizers ask that attendees arrive before 10:30 a.m.
In Vermilion, there will be a march headed from the Vermilion Legion to the Cenotaph in town at 10:45am. A lunch will follow back at the Legion in Vermilion at Noon.
The Bonnyville Legion will also be hosting a ceremony from 10:30am to 11am with free coffee and hot chocolate.
In Wainwright, the Peace Memorial Multiplex will be the site for their legion led ceremony. That also begins at 10:45.
In Cold Lake, the ceremony will take place at the Energy Centre, with participants urged to be seated by 10:45 AM.
St. Paul is hosting in the Rec Centre. The opening program kicks off at 10:00 AM, followed by the official program at 10:30 AM.
