A parking ban for the blue curbside collection zone in Lloydminster is in effect until March. 15, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday. The blue zone includes areas west of 59 Avenue.
This is to allow city crews to complete residential snow removal.
The city is asking that all vehicles, collection carts, and other obstacles be removed from the side of the street during this time.
Once crews have completed the street, including removing windrows, street parking may resume.
A parking ban in the yellow collection zone that’s areas west of 50 Avenue will be in effect from March 11-20 with the same requirements being asked of residents.
