Edmonton woman facing charges in Lloydminster court following the death of Vermilion man

Edmonton resident, Cherry Skrenkowich, 62-years is facing charges in Lloydminster court as the suspect following an investigation by police into the death of a man from the County of Vermilion River.

The body of Edward Hubert Beharrell, 47-years was found when Vermilion RCMP were called to a rural property following a weapons complaint in the early hours of Saturday, Mar. 9.

Further investigations led to the arrest of the other occupant of the home.

Skrenkowich was remanded into custody and is scheduled to return to the Alberta Court of Justice in Lloydminster on Mar. 12.
