Residential snow removal in Lloydminster is heading to the pink zone as parking bans take effect from Tuesday, Mar. 12-22 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
The pink curbside collection zone covers areas south of 25 Street and east of 59 Avenue.
City crews will lead the snow removal effort and the city asks to please ensure vehicles, collection carts, and other obstacles are removed from the side of the street during this time.
Once the job is done motorists may resume street parking.

A parking ban is also in effect for the yellow zone until Mar. 20 and the blue curbside collection zone until Mar. 15.
Residents may sign up for parking bans and traffic-related notices on the city’s website.
