The man was arrested and through further investigation, RCMP discovered several baggies of powdered cocaine inside the vehicle, as well as a Canadian currency and a cell phone. 19-year-old, Victor Mosqeura from Hepburn is charged with trafficking cocaine, possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, possession of property obtained by crime under $5000 and three counts of failing to comply with an undertaking.
