The City of Lloydminster is inviting people to give of their time by volunteering for upcoming summer festivities.
Event planners are looking for extra hands for Downtown Streetfest on June 10, Canada Day at Bud Miller Park and Heritage Day on Aug. 7 at Weaver Park.
Volunteering “not only enriches the lives of those around us, but also enriches our own lives by learning new skills, gaining valuable experience, and creating memories that will last a lifetime,” says Cindy Rekimowich, manager of programming and events.
