Over the weekend Battleford’s RCMP responded to 142 service calls that resulted in 36 charges in total.
35 of the charges were for drivings violations, including one traffic collision and two impaired driving charges. The other charge was for assault involving two people who knew one another.
RCMP are reminding everyone that they are increasing enforcement initiatives provincially and federally. They say they take public safety seriously and are bringing more resources to help with crimes.
