SHA warns of possible COVID-19 exposure at two Lloydminster locations

The Saskatchewan Health Authority is warning people about COVID-19 exposure, after a person who tested positive visited two restaurants in Lloydminster.

The person, who was likely infectious with the virus at the time, was believed to have been at Original Joe’s Restaurant and Bar at 5027 44 Street from 8 to 10 p.m and The Canadian Brewhouse at 7703 44 Street from 10 p.m. to 12 a.m, both on October 10th.

People who may have been at these locations at these times are told to monitor for COVID-19 symptoms for the next 14 days. Should these symptoms appear, they should self isolate, calling Healthlink 8-1-1 or their doctor for next steps and testing.

Borden, Île-à-la-Crosse, La Ronge, Paradise Hill, Regina, Saskatoon, Warman and Yorkton also had locations made public in the release where a person or persons who tested positive for COVID-19 may have been. That full information can be read on the SHA website.
