Forcible confinement case adjourned to November

Two men accused in a Lloydminster forcible confinement case will be back in court on November 23rd to enter their plea.

Jason Palsich appeared in Lloydminster Provincial Court on October 26th. His lawyer as well as Luke Dean’s lawyer requested the judge schedule another court appearance on November 23rd. The crown prosecutor requested a plea at the next appearance and both lawyers agreed.

Both men are facing multiple charges stemming from a police search warrant issued in August. The accused were charged with forcible confinement, assault with a weapon, uttering threats and extortion.

The allegations against the accused have not been proven in court.
